All appointments require a 20% deposit of services selected, your deposit will be used as a credit towards your appointment and is NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to attend the appointment for which you booked a minimum 48 hours notice is required to reschedule in which your deposit will be carried over. Failure to notify me will result in a forfeit of your deposit and a new appointment will need to be made with a new deposit.

Please be advised that i have a no show policy and all NO SHOW clients will be charged up to 100% of services that are reserved for you and you will be prevented from making future bookings.

Due to the nature of the services i do not offer REFUNDS. If for any reason you are not happy with your end result then i will work with you to offer a solution. You must notify me within a 48 hour period of your original appointment in order for a solution to be met.
